Do you think I have a shot at the job? Mixed signals during interview.?

The length of time of the interview and the fact that she recommended you buy some tennis shoes/and was very open with you is a great sign, however the fact that she didn't hire you on the spot is a concern. Maybe in a day or two if you don't hear from them, call and thank them for the oppurtunity to talk and see where the conversation takes you. When I got hired at my last job my interview was pretty long, too and they called back the next day and hired me. It might not be the same for you and you may not get the job but you got d*mn close! I hope they call you and tell you that you're hired. Good luck!
