Does anyone know where i can watch arthur and the revenge of maltazard for free online?

i have been scouring the internet for this movie and i can't find it on any of my best movie sites i swear it like it doesn't exist, because it isn't in theaters. and gott in heaven i really want to see it because i LOVED the first one! so can anyone help me? oh and does anyone know why it was practically non existent in u.s. commercials? danke! :)
