Whats wrong with my molly fish, please help?!?

Make sure you put the healthy fish in an insulation tank so that you can clean the infected tank before the disease gets to the fish.And yes it is probably dropsy.There are medications to treat and prevent it.Use Koi Fix or any other suggested prevention medication.And yes you are feeding them regularly.
