I am a normal weight for my age/height but I have excese stomach flab! What are some good foods/plans to help me loose it off? (I am only 13 so NO DIET PILLS) And I can't go out and buy stuff either. I havea gazelle, stationary bike, mini trampoline, this rock n roller thingy, TONS of denise austin tapes *super stomach collection* I do those once and a while. Any idears?
