Is this a friend???

My best friend is my only real friend... nd i told him many times that i dont have friends like he does. When i talk 2 him about this he says im useless and such. He doesnt want to hang out with me or half the time ignores me when i call or txt. Do u think this is a real friend. I told him i just wanted to hang out at least once or twice a week but he doesnt seem to get it. My friend always seems to put me down... What do u guys think. I ask my friend many times if he could come down and hang out wit me. He says idk when he does know. he just doesnt want to say that he cant come. Id rather him tell the truth then say idk. I also help him with his cell phone bill and many other things that best friends do. My friend ignores me until eventually he says im pissin him off. Sometimes he says **** you to me tryin 2 put me down. he treats my like crap. what do u guys think. Is this a real friend or not
