My Dwarf Red tail boa is not eating. HELP?

Okay so he was a breeder and I got her about a week or 2 ago. And Since he was a breeder he is not eating AT ALL. he is so skinny his scales and skin is scrunched up. He is under weight from breeding and he only hate like 2 times last year. And I wanted to get him because I wanted to work with him. but he won't eat. He is very VERY beautiful. And It will be shame i he doesn't eat. I Wanted to breed him in a year or 2 with my 7 foot female Columbian red tail. But I need to fatten him up. He is not eating. I mean he shows some interest in it. But He will not eat. and if he doesn't eat he can't breed. I really wanted to breed boas for the first time Cuz I breed corns (but they are pets also). I wanted to try and breed them but he will not eat. How can I get him to eat?
