Why do libs always resort to "it's not illegal to be a Communist" when you bust them in bed with commies?

they spend hours defending 0bama against suspicion of Marxism, and then BAM you post irrefutable proof like I did a few minutes ago and all of sudden they're backpeddling with "it's not illegal ya know", lol
