Am I being selfish or is my daughter being thoughtless? Need opinions.?

I am a vegetarian. My husband and I gave my daughter $3000.00 for her wedding, which is in 3 weeks. In addition to that we purchased the wedding dress, a mother of the bride dress, tuxes for my husband and son, food for the shower, and gifts, all of which totaled at least $1000.00 more. I just found out that the rehearsal dinner is being held at a BBQ restaurant that has no options for food for me, and that the wedding dinner also has no meatless options. Even thought the caterer had a pasta and veggies choice, my daughter and her fiance chose all meat dishes. I am very hurt. I realize that these are only two meals out of my life but I feel like I have been slapped in the face. Also my daughter knows that at least two other wedding guests are vegetarian. Am I over-reacting or should my daughter and her fiance have been more considerate of my diet?
