Given Obama's worldwide popularity, will McCain's legitimacy as president be questioned if he wins?

It doesn't matter what Republican is running, when the Republican wins the Dems start shouting they stole our election, we demand a recount. It happens every time a republican wins and if McCain wins it will happen again.
