He's not up to my speed should I tell him and shift gears he's an uneducated 30 yr/I'm 21 educated

i hear you! i had a gf whose goal in life was to get up in the morning. and she didnt always do that! so yeah, i know he is holding you back. the question is this: what do you want to do? one path is stay with him, raise a family, be a house wife, and probably wonder 'what if' but at least you will have a decent relationship. path two is you leave him, chase your dreams and (hopefully) succeed and become financially independent. he feels he doesnt need much in life. that will be a problem for you. it seems he has already made his choice in life. whats yours?
