Is Snoopy a good name for an akita ? xD?

Snoopy is a great name for any dog actually considering if you laid out their sinus cavity it would be several feet long giving canines one of the best sniffers in the world. How about Artemus? Whatever name you choose it needs to be able to be said quickly, like Arty because in cases of an emergency you want to be able to regain control of your dog quickly- it could save his or her life.
