Is this normal, or am I paranoid?

Sometimes when I'm doing something at home, like masturbating, I get paranoid/nervous that there could be cameras set up somewhere around the room/house watching me (I fear my parents will watch the recordings, and see what I did). Also sometimes when I'm with my mom or something, and we're really close (distance wise) I get some weird feeling that she can read my mind or something, whenever I think of something inappropriate, or embarring (like girls). Is this norma,l or paranoia, or what?
